Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Ordered mine on 9/15 and received shipping notice 10/7, arriving on Saturday 10/10. Much faster than I anticipated, so now I had to scramble to finish my build. Not the worst problem to have, but the snow isn't even flying here yet!

OMG... this is really happening! I only ordered day later (9/16) so I'm hoping that mine will be shipping soon. I didn't get a notice yet so hopefully that's coming.

Ordered mine today with a Fiverbuilt 4x7. When should I expect shipping details? Still looking at 10-12 weeks? Will the mat ship directly from fiberbuilt and ahead of the skytrak?

Hey guys, thank you for being understanding. We are playing catch up as quickly as possible - there was no way to be prepared for something like this. Every time we think we see the light at the end of the tunnel, orders increase even more. It's a good and bad problem to have. Just know we are working overtime to get units out to you! Wishing Flightscope and everyone affected by this the best.

Anymore update SkyTrak Seth? Seems like you guys are fulfilling orders from first week of September... hoping to get mine soon. Quick question regarding software... do you get a 30day trial before having to purchase a plan?

Jefe, you meant to say that it was ordered not shipped right? Thank you for the update though... only thing we can do is wait... of course all this waiting is killing me.... you would think with this much demand, they would be able to produce more. Sooner you ship this, the more money you will be getting from us... I have to get the $99 Plan and TGC 2019 but won't get it till I have received my Skytrak first.

We are slowly but surely catching up to demand, but still several weeks out for shipping. For software, we don't have a 30 day trial unfortunately.

Almost certainly not. They've skipped three regular sales periods (April, June, and September) already this year. No company in their right mind would discount a product where the demand is outstripping the supply by 8-10 weeks, and we're headed into the busy Winter season in the northern hemisphere. I'd be stunned to see a sale until next Spring or Summer at the earliest.

This was from another member on here: "As for the order date, I ordered it on Sept. 18th and got it on Oct. 12th. Basically a little less than a month. This thing is awesome. can't wait to log some hours in on this."

So there is definitely not first ordered, first served going on here. Not sure how they are determining who gets their first... must be dependent on where someone buys it from so keep that in mind guys.

Skytrak_Seth says that they are getting close to catching up to demand so that is good news but he did say that it will be couple more weeks before things start shipping again. I hope I get mine by end of this month.

Ordered mine direct on 9/23 Friday will be a month.
Just watching videos of TGC2019 and wondering if I should hold off until there is an update.

Are you talking about TGC2019? I was thinking the same but I'm thinking it will be awhile before they release their next version? Not sure... I would like to know as well.

It would be awesome to know where you are in the queue. Based on the 10-12 week lead time, I won't receive mine until December, but it would still be great to know.

Hopefully someone that ordered around 9/16 will come in here and say that they have received theirs or at least get an email saying that they are ready to ship. It's been a really long wait and losing all hope here. No wonder people are buying used on here or on ebay. Come on Stytrak... give us an update! Ship us our Skytrak!

When I ordered mine, the website said a 10-12 week wait so I purchased it and now I'm waiting like everyone else. No big deal. Watching videos on different software packages and reading a ton of posts here trying to figure which one to go with.
I purchased mine direct, knowing it wasn't going to be here in a week or two.

SkyTrak is now saying 12 weeks, as they've had some supply chain issues and a couple of delayed factory shipments. I've got some units on the way expected in November.

Web orders direct from SkyTrak are processed before dealer bulk orders. I placed my bulk order mid-September.

Thank you for the update! So do you send the SkyTrak that you bought in bulk to your customers when you receive it? Will you have any extra or all of them accounted for?

Yes, I ship them to customers as soon as I receive them. My November batch is already sold out. Have more coming with an early to mid Dec ETA that I'm selling now. They won't last long.

jefe I ordered my skytrak from top shelf golf sometime during the first week of September, I talked to them a few days ago and they said they would get it delivered in 1-3 weeks

Thanks for the update! Ya, sounds like they were just quoting you at the 10-12 week window they're promising. I ordered mine late on 8/28, and, according to them, it was "processed" on 8/31. I'm right at 10 weeks, so getting impatient 😬.

I'm still waiting on mine as well. Please keep us updated... looks like 10-12 week lead time like the vendors says. People who got it faster must got lucky or something must of happened. Got all our hopes up for nothing.

Ordered on 9-24, received shipping confirmation yesterday 11-10, delivery date of 11-13. Only 7 weeks from order to delivery, much sooner than the projected 10-12 weeks. So excited to receive this thing, but now scrambling to find a decent gaming pc. Wasn't expecting delivery until after Thanksgiving, and thought I'd be able to find a black friday deal on a gaming rig. Good problem to have, I guess.
