Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Ordered from TopShelf Golf Sep 1st. Got the shipping notification today. Took the full 11 weeks. Still upsetting that so many others ordered later and got it well before.

Jefe... you finally got it! At least it was still within 10 -12 weeks time frame. I'm about 2 weeks behind you so ... probably looking after Thanksgiving for mine. Tell me how you like it and thanks for the update.

That's insane. Some people ordered a full 2 months prior and they either haven't received or, like me, just received the shipping notification yesterday. Very clearly no "first come, first serve" per their site.

I think they need to just sell direct and not go through any partners or other retailers obviously. Not sure why other retailers even list this thing but I guess they are trying to sell their products to more people. If I had known this, I would have bought it directly as well. Only reason I didn't is because of sales tax and I thought it would be worth the savings.

To be honest, it took me a full week to order the damn thing direct. For whatever reason their site said card declined due to fraud security. So I would call my card issuer and they said, no we approved the sale, its on their end. I would call them back, and they said its you card company not approving it. Seriously 5 times we tried this and each time my card company said we approved it and Skygolf said, no, its your card company fault. So frustrating. I ended up using Paypal with the same damn card and it went through after a week of that back and forth crap. I suggested I be moved up in the line, lol, no idea if that helped or not.

That's super frustrating. I ordered about a week earlier than you from Rain or Shine golf, and I haven't heard anything yet. I'm hoping there was a batch that came in that shipped to Rain or Shine, that they'll turn around and ship to me.

I'm with ckyllr, where I ordered from Rain or Shine instead of direct b/c I was ordering a Net Return Pro and wanted to save on shipping / tax since I was ordering something else from Rain or Shine already anyway.

Nice, I heard the same. I called to check on status - they said they were expecting a batch to come in mid November, with delivery expectations of early December. Hopefully we'll get our Skytraks soon!

jefe I'd check your spam filters. It seems like it's standard procedure, because they register your unit to your name/account, and Ron at GungHoGolf made a comment that people always have questions about it. I purchased mine from GungHoGolf on 10/31, Ron do you mind letting us know what the deal is with the November batch? I purchased mine after seeing one of Ron’s comments in late October

I expect my units ordered in Sept to arrive shortly... not sure how exactly SkyTrak fulfills their queue with singles vs batches, but as soon as I get them they'll be on the way in the order the orders were placed.

Ordered from skytrak on 10/15, scheduled delivery 11/23. I’m glad it wasn’t actually 10-12 weeks!
