Skytrak Shipping Delays

The Flightscope forum has a thread for shipping delays on the Mevo+, so I figured it would make sense to have one for those of us waiting on a Skytrak.

It would be nice if some people who recently received theirs would chime in and state their ordered and received dates etc.


The official Canadian distributor has pushed the date of the next shipment a few times in the last 2 weeks. It used to be Sept 15th, then Sept 25th, Sept 30th, now pushed back to Oct 15th.


My build is almost finished and I am eager to try it. I'm thinking of grabbing an R Motion to just test my setup, and since it has some kind of integration with Skytrak, it wouldn't be a net loss once I receive my unit.

Just got off the phone with TopShelfGolf (for like the 10th time), they actually said the units have made it to the SkyTrak US Distribution center and once quality checked, will be shipped out to the TopShelfGolf warehouse. Once received there and processed, a tracking number should be generated. He said should be early next week plus an additional few days to ship to my house. This has been torture!!!

From everyone's experience, are those that ordered direct from SkyTrak getting their orders quicker than those ordering from 3rd party? I just ordered from Shop Indoor Golf about a week ago. I'm wondering if it would be worth it to cancel that order and order direct.

Also - just checked PlayBetter and they are already sold out again.

Seems to be scattered but I do notice those who order direct get their units before the online estimation. Mine came in, in about half of the expected time.

Update from TopShelfGolf: Orders from Dec batch are enroute to their warehouse expected to arrive tomorrow (Wed 3/17). The rep mentioned they should all be dispatched by the end of this week. I should have it sometime next week. Dear Lord has this been painful!

If it helps anyone else I also ordered through TopShelf but towards the end of Jan. I also heard the same thing - that all December orders should be shipped out this week and they are expecting to fill all January orders with a batch coming in by the end of this month

I ordered mine Jan 14th and just got email it'll arrive tomorrow.

Who did you order from? I ordered from Rain or Shine at the end of December and am still waiting.

I order mine form Rain or Shine As well. Jan 8th. I wont be expecting mine till May is my guess. Really frustrating.. Had I know Skytrak sold I would of bought directly from them.

I think I have good news for you. I ordered from Rain or Shine around the same time as you and i emailed them today for an update and they said I am #37 on the fulfillment list and they anticipate it should be shipping within the next couple weeks. My guess is you may be getting it around the same time if they are getting their orders in batches. Fingers crossed.

Same for me. I'm in a precarious situation. I've ordered mine through Gung Ho Golf and expect it in May timeframe, however I may have an opportunity to get one locally in April. I'm thinking about getting the one in April and when the one in May arrives I can sale on here or eBay. If the local one falls through, I still have mine coming from Gung Ho in May - hopefully sooner.

Question. Should it come with bubble leveling thing that goes on top of the device? Can't seem to find it.

The level is internal. Click on the level thing in the bottom right corner and adjust the screws until the tilt and roll both show 0. Also make sure the bottom of the unit is level with the surface of your hitting mat, which you can use a level for if you want but really you can just eyeball that.

I’m assuming you mean the little green bubble level. Yes it is included, unless that’s recently changed

I texted them and they confirmed they do NOT provide those bubble leveling things anymore with the product.

Update: finally received my tracking number from topshelfgolf. As I was chatting with their rep, he was telling me the unit should be shipped out today and BAM, there's the email. Super excited! The (very long) wait is finally coming to an end. However, UPS does not have any tracking info just yet as I believe the label was just created. I'm wondering now when I should be expecting it. It'll be right around 15 weeks - longest 15 weeks of my life.

I ordered my Skytrak on 1/23/21 and I received the unit on 3/19/21... I didn't really expect this until the end of May so we are pretty happy to say the least.

Ordered 1/8 received today. 3/22 Ordered from Rain or shine. Didn't not email me a shipping notification. Was really surprised to see it show up. One happy guy !

Im not normally a lucky man but that all changed yesterday. Patiently waiting for my SkyTrak expected May/June. Decided to give PlayBetter a call just to see. Wonderful lady answered they received a shipment that day and may have a few extra. Took my number and called me within 2 hours. After all orders processed they had one left. She sent it to me yesterday and I set it up tonight. Oh what a day. Still waiting on my hitting mat though.
