SkyTrak only registers tee shots and my 56 wedge

My SkyTrak won’t register any shots other than my driver off a tee and about 1/4 of the shots I make using a wedge club. Is there anything I can do? It’s a new machine and it’s pretty frustrating to have dropped a dime or two on it and have it not work.

Tell us about your setup. Those are symptoms of the SkyTrak unit being too high, like when it's placed on the same hitting surface as the ball and raised up on its tripod feet. If case is on mat, reverse the feet so the bottom of the unit is same height as the top of the hitting surface. Your red laser dot should be 11-12" away from the unit when it's at the correct height.

That was exactly the problem, the box was too high. The SkyTrak is now registering all my shots. Thank you for your help!
