    I have helped lots of people get their skytrak going, but now I am stuck myself.

    Network mode. TGC2019 works great. Connecting skytrak range from ipad works fine. Connection skytrak range from PC hangs. Started a month or two ago. Didn't worry too much about it as I use TGC2019 mostly, but would like to do club gapping etc from the PC version. Any ideas? I could reset it, but worried that TGC2019 etc will get messed up. Besides, since it works from ipad, the issue is clearly in the PC end. Must be some change in firewall etc, but I have turned off everything I can think off ... and it is actually connected, just hanging at this point, so can it really be the firewall?

    I had this happen one time when I was messing around with the Skytrak App on my phone. I plugged in a USB and it worked fine, but still would not work in network mode which is what you are trying to use. I ended up connecting in direct mode and then was able to go back to network. I still don't really know why but it worked! If I recall, direct and then network is part of the original setup procedure. It is still the only time I hade a connection issue with the Skytrak.

      Happens to me. All I do is close the program and reopen and it works.

        Are you trying to log in using your email or your username? It needs to be the latter. And just to be clear, you click log in and it just hangs on "logging in..."?

        1) Do your credentials log you in fine to SkyGolf 360 in your browser?

        2) If all of your shot data is synced, then you can delete the SkyTrak folder in C:\Users\[current user]\App Data\Local Low. It will clear your log in credentials and you can try logging in again from scratch.

        3) You can send me the logs after a failed attempt at login. You likely can't do this through the app since it is hung up, but you can access the log file directly from that same SkyTrak folder above (it is a PACKAGE file)

        4) No worries on messing anything up on TGC, they simply look at the flags set on the device, nothing to do with your credentials.

          I have experienced log in hangs as well. USB Mode attached to a laptop. I go to log in, it just doesn't do anything for a while. Close the program, try again and it works.

          I have had numerous significant problems with logging in to the skytrak software just in general. There have been times when I could log into skytrak website but the exact same credentials don't work on the skytrak software. I've had to contact support for help to finally be able to log in on at least one occasion. I use a password manager and I didn't forget my password.

          There are significant issues with logging in. I can't pin down exactly what they are, but it sucks. I can't begin to explain how frustrating it is when I can't sign in and use the device I paid over $2000 for. I haven't had any problems recently, but I feel like it's just a matter of time before it has trouble again.
