It does not surprise me when it took them over a year to release 1.6, which was supposed to be e6 ver 2 (I actually thought it was a fill in as they delayed ver 2 for so long, but then delayed this and are now touting it like it is ver 2).

In another area they seem to say that it will be for commercial use only when initially released so we might have to wait and see. Plus if you look at the support section they are experiencing server issues so I think Monday will not happen.

Been testing the Skytrak with E6. Connection is easily done through wifi. Bill data is measured and fed to E6 using its algo's. Delay is about 3 seconds. Probably ok with most folks but those that expect it immediate may be annoyed. They are working on improving the shot to show time. Chipping works fine. No putting as of yet. One thing that is critical is having the unit exactly aligned to the target line. If off it will affect the horizontal azimuth. Right now they don't have the alignment assist option available within E6 but I suggest they allow it to make it easier to align. Overall however it works fine.

So I have skytrak and e6 demo installed on my computer. Is there any way I can demo test this setup as well? I just got done with my simulator room and can't wait for full sim action....not just the skytrak driving range. Thanks for any help bubba22.

Any updates on this? Also, does anybody have the computer requirements? I am going to be a commercial application so I'm curious. I've emailed Skytrak directly but haven't had a response.

I have a baseball/softball training company and we have a facility. We'll rent out time on the unit mostly when kids are in school. We'll have a semi-permanent hitting bay that will be wide enough for lefties/righties. Ceilings are 14' high, plenty of room. Don't anticipate any safety or theft problems. Been having a lot of friends test it out and everybody loves it - especially with the winter we've had up here in NH!

Anything new on this front? I'm pretty excited to give this a try - the driving range app is interesting but doesn't hold my attention in the same way simulation does.

I just heard from E6 and they are telling me it will be 1 week, maybe 2 until SkyTrak integration is complete, unless SkyTrak wants them to re-work or add something before release.

I'm almost to the point that I'll get whichever comes first, E6 or TGC.

Be patient, wait for at least 3 or 4 to be released. Are you not playing WGT now?

My SkyTrak gets here in 1 more day. The problem is that I don't own, nor will I in the near future, any Apple products. So I'm stuck with nothing until a PC version is released, or sim software. Apparently TGC and a PC version of the SkyTrak app is coming in the next 2-3 weeks.

I'll definitely try WGT with it, but it seems like a toy rather than a real simulation/practice solution.

I guess skytrak looks like a toy compared to flightscope or trackman.......... I'm happy with WGT for what it is right now. My only point was without bashing WGT was to wait for multiple options and don't just jump on the first train to leave the station.
