Updated to 4.0, used a few times times, them bam...

Buckets of misreads, like 80% misreads. Tried rebooting the computer and powering the launch monitor on and off a few times and crap. Cleaned the screen, zeroed it and crap, almost all mis reads. Any suggestions on this 2.5 year old system?

If nothing else changed, laser curtain may be on way out. But try a different connection method.

Problem solved. Used eyeglass cleaning cloth to really make the Skytrak glass shine, took off the feet of the metal case, and raised the divot action mat to be absolutely flush with the fiberbuilt 4x10 mat. Now it is flawless...

You said you already cleaned the screen, so I truly doubt making it shine would make any difference. I haven't wiped mine in years, and it reads fine. I do think it was the height, but when you said you zeroed it, I assumed that meant height, tilt, roll and alignment. Good to hear its back normal.
