  • SkyTrak issues with PC

    I'm having issues with my pc/SkyTrak, both are approx 5 years old. SkyTrak works perfectly when I use the golf club software, and works fine with my iPad but I can’t use it for practice on my pc anymore. It loads normally, but as soon as I hit the first shot it freezes and the top light goes red.

    Anyone else have this and know how to fix ? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    Try a different connection method to your PC - one of 3: USB, Direct (PC connects to SkyTrak's wifi signal), or Network (both PC and SkyTrak connect to your home wifi signal).

    Also: make sure the SkyTrak app on your iPad is completely closed and quit, and also that the TGC SkyTrak Interface app on your PC is shut down / disconnected (the SkyTrak unit can be connected to only one app at a time).
