New skytrack purchase here. I’ve tried every possible solution and still no luck. I get the green light goes red after swing but nothing in TGC. If I change the club selection the light turns green again, but no shot registers if I swing again. I’ve gone through every solution with protee support, taking control of the protee folder and activating the license through the TGC icon. I also own protee hardware and yet did a full uninstall and clean install of just TGC for skytrack. The one thing I’m curious is I purchased the 1yr $99 subscription yet my skytrack software still says I have X amount of days left on my 30 day trial. Is TGC2019 supposed to work during a 30 day trial period of game improvement? I’ve contacted ST to find out why it says this.

All I know is that when you buy a plan for Skytrak you also need activate or apply it or something like that. Maybe that is your issue. Can you do the skills challenges and move the centerline in Skytrak range? The the GIP is active. Also, I am sure you know this, but Skytrak range cannot be open when connecting to TGC2019.-
Yes, subscription is active. ST software works flawless. ST software is closed when launching ST TGC interface.
I'm sure it's something stupid I've overlooked. ST made sure my account shows an active sub. I've tried every mode and it doesn't matter. Protee is gonna remote check everything tomorrow morning.
