    SkyTrak PC & Android software

    Hi guys,

    Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about a release coming out for Android or PC (Not a apple user). Last I saw, Skytrak has stated the were not quite yet ready for announce anything yet. But that was back in February. Any new info available since?

    Cory is a skytrak reseller. Don't think we need any more confusion. I rather get the status updates from Seth / skytrak directly.

      Using the PC software with the current updated as of today I am having the skytrak randomly swap to right handed. I am a lefty, and in the middle of a 6 ball closets to pin challenge on ball 3 it just swapped to right. There is no way to fix it other than end the challenge and start over. This has happened several times on the driving range as well. I have only used the PC version so I cannot speak of the iOS one.

        So quick question, is the only way to connect the skytrack to you computer via wifi or network? There is no direct link with the USB?

              Still no android????? I have been super busy and haven't used my skytrak or been on the forums for like 8 months. I am in disbelief that android is still unavailable after the promises from almost a year ago

                Yea not yet, many of us seemed to have moved on to PC and not worried about it as much so maybe they put it on the back burner. Its been 8 months since youve used your skytrak? Damn, if its 8 hours since ive played I start getting antsy haha

                  Was also wondering how the android app is coming along. I'm currently using the PC but I'd like to be able to take it along with me to the range and use my phone once the weather warms up. I could have swore I saw Seth(skytrak) say last month that it would be out in March.

                      Newbie here. I've read through a lot of posts on SkyTrak and would love everyone's opinion on the best Sim software. It seems as though everyone already has one but sorting through all of the threads and Posts can become numbing. As of right now all I have is the play and improve package but after purchasing, I discovered that WGT is only available on iOS. SKYGOLF won't refund the money because they said they have no control over WGT, they just collect. I disagree so now I'm out the money with no SIM Software to play golf. I know I could run out and buy an iPad or the likes but why should I when I have a killer PC that can run any software available. To be able to use WGT on Android would be great considering I've already paid for it but by no means am I above spending a little more on something that will work on a PC. In my opinion $480 a year!! for TGC is over the top. I say this because it seems to have more bugs than it's worth. What do I know though I'm the newbie here. I've tried E6 demo and didn't like. Any help from anyone is greatly appreciated. Thanks

                        Did you consider purchasing TGC outright? There's really only two camps at this point that people fall into, either TGC or PG. PG is not available yet for skytrak though.

                        Is it possible to purchase it through them and not SKY GOLF? It to seems as though it has many bugs.

                      So..the skytrak unit has been in my closet for over 2yrs. Figured I'd wait it out for an android app to be available. Waited so long i quit golf altogether, now im itching to play again. Did that android app which was promised ever come out?

                      Ive started browsing the skytrak website and looked at the plans. Didnt we have multicolor tracer and numeric readouts with the basic pkg when it first came out? Now u have to pay for that? I dont understand. Can they just take away features after selling you the unit?

                        Sounds like you've been away for some time. When it first came out, everyone got the full package whether you paid for it or not. Once everything was sorted out, the colored tracers became part of the paid package.
