Skytrak not working properly

My Skytrak top light and camera kept quickly flashing. I tried to restart the ST, my computer, reset ST and nothing seemed to work. Then the top light stayed a solid red and no camera laser. I loaded the driving range on game improvement and also the TGC 2019 software. Look at the pictures and statistics of the shot. These shots keep phantomly happening every few seconds. I have the 4.01 software. Another oddity is a few times when I would angle the ST so I could hit the reset button all of the lights would become solid green. It didnt happen every time I tilted it but it did occur a few times. As soon as I placed it level again it would go back to flashing. I am at a loss as to what is wrong. The only thing I can think of that I havent tried is to reinstall the ST software. I appreciate any help.

Latest version of the software seems to be 4.1.0. Not sure you have the latest as you wrote 4.0.1 above. I would probably reinstall the latest. How do you connect the skytrak, Network or USB?
Also, from the skytrak app, if you click on the level bubble, what is the measured tilt and roll you see when you lay it flat? What color is the flashing light?

Thanks alexsmith11, I mistyped, I do have version 4.1.0. And the top light goes green after a 7 degree tilt towards the golf ball. I have had this system / setup for almost 1.5 years and never had this problem. What do you think changed?

I am not sure I followed everything in your post. In any case, 4.1 has absolutely no bearing on TGC2019, and since both have issues, it is probably not software.

TGC2019 has had a history of phantom shots (for all LMs), but I have never heard of it in Skytrak range. Drop TGC2019 for now and get it working in range first. If you are using USB, go to direct mode instead, as static may be the issue (though I have never seen static cause these types of results).

I used my simulator to warm up before yesterdays round it it was working fine, even after I changed the tilt back to being level. Very odd but at least it is working. Thanks for the advice guys, I appreciate it.
