Hi Seth. I'm new to this forum but have been reading as much as I can about SkyTrak on this and other forums. It seems that many experienced sim users think that The Golf Club game is the best simulator software out there right now. In fact, if I'm understanding and remembering things correctly, Bubba22 and Zmax were instrumental (please correct me if I'm wrong) in getting ProTee to integrate their sim hardware (and gc2) with The Golf Club software. So my question to you/SkyTrak is simply this: Has there been any thought to integrating SkyTrak with The Golf Club? And if so, what are the odds that this might happen? And if so, when?

Yea was wondering about the side lies myself and they dont seem to effect the shots, im guessing its tough to judge it exactly of much the ball is above or below your feet so maybe that why, but not sure, ill have to go back and read the old thread about it again. Last time I read it was before we skytrak guys got it. But yea, there's definitely a penalty distance and spin wise in the rough and bunkers as Vincent said -

And thus we all reap the rewards of a competitive market! Thanks Bubba22. I own the TGC software, and I'm sure my curiosity will get me with PG. OK, I know I'll pull the trigger on their subscription. I echo the sentiments of many others... Despite all of the beta testing, who could really have predicted the technology that's available to us at this point? I'll admit though, I hate this forum! I initially had rather a conservative budget/ambitions, and now I'm all in! It sucks. I was a golf addict before I discovered this stuff... Now?? It's ridiculous!!

80 pages ... save me some reading (and the other new readers) :0. getting my skytrak and TGC. Ok after buying this.. and getting the net, mat, etc.. all setup. also getting the ipad keyboard with stand. What else you guy have.... in you sim room to make this setup work? I see tees (those screw in ones). what else.. make the list
also any links to the settings in the software,etc. or videos to use, etc.

The first 50 to 60 pages were anticipating the release. What screw in tees are working with the cce mat?
Are there tees that are adjustable in height? I've been cutting wood tees to different lengths but are flying all over the place. I can't stand when the ball falls off either!Comment

claw tee. it screws into mat and comes with an elastic tether. Then get the tomahawk tee and connect it to the claw tee tether. I believe it's the best sim solution out there. Never chase a tee again. It comes with two sizes, one for driver, then a smaller one that depending upon which side you have up will be used for woods or irons.

I'm currently on my 3rd q-school qualifying round and I want to view replays of my 2nd round (Tomahawk)... is there any way to do this?Comment

Yes there is. First you will have to save a replay. Your replays will show up in stats. Once loaded, you can change hole and change from loop shot to play to the end. You can watch pretty much the whole round. There is a small bug that has yet to be fixed. When changing hole, if you go to hole one, it won't continue past hole one. So if you start at hole 2, you can watch the whole round.Comment

just got setup - out in the garage and wifi a little weak.. I read a lot of you recommend leaving your skytrak in network mode for playing for better readouts. i did this but kept dropping. tried to go back to wired mode but didn't get it to read? maybe I need to reset it? didn't read any shots? anybody have this issue? went back to wifi mode on pracice app with skytrak and it worked? also others using the usb cable just fine?Comment

I just got my skytak and TGC this week and didn't get to set it up until thursday but I'm having some problems. I've tried these topics and on google but I can't find a solution. I also contacted SkyTrak_Seth and they told me to reset the device. I contacted ProTee United and they still working with me. But since its the weekend I figured I can try post it on the board and maybe get a quicker solution so I can play. If any of you had the same issue as I did and if so how did you fix it.
Whenever I play TGC my balls will not register. So I will hit a ball and the Skytrak top LED will turn from green to red; but then it just stays red TGC never launches the ball. At first I through it was a delay so I wait 15 mins and nothing changes. I press "Z" and "X" and the laser comes back on and I try again and same issue occurs. If anyone has ever had this happen please let me know what do it to fix it.
I have tried turning off firewall (as seen mentioned in a previous post), uninstall, reinstall, usb, and network mode. And the skytrak is leveled.
Also the skytrak works with its native PC app with no issues I was hitting it for about an hour. NOTE:I do not have both apps running at the same time either.
Any help is appreciated!Comment
