    You should be able to download and install v4.3 over top of what you already have installed. If you do run into issues with the db upgrade, just clearing the cache should take care of that (as others have noted). Clearing anything on your PC will not affect any licenses or network connection creds. Keep us posted on the update!

      Skytrak_Seth, would like some assistance in getting my Skytrak going. Have hit a dead end with Skytrak IT support. It arrived this past Friday with the 30 day trial already expired though it was brand new from Skytrak so everything on the PC app is greyed out as it says there is no valid membership. PC App connects fine and it's the 4.3 version, Skytrak connects fine, all lights are green but purchases made on the website don't associate with my account so the app stays greyed out and purchases do not show up on my account on the website but confirmation emails arrive. When I say purchases I mean that the Skytrak tech has tried to renew just the range plan to at least get me going but to no avail. I'm very frustrated as there seems to be no solution. Thank you.

      I have updated & am all set on the new 4.3 system now. I did have the DB upgrade failure & had to delete the AppData/LocalLow/Skytrak File as mentioned in the troubleshooting email.

      However I haven't been able to play a full 9 holes in TGC2019 yet without my connection to the skytrak constantly dropping. (Red,Yellow,Green) Is this a connection to the sim servers being not complete or back eneded like mentioned a few days ago? Or is my home internet network connection to the skytrak acting up? Or just maybe firewall or windows defender settings got updated & changed?

      I've only had this issue a handful of times in the past few years but recently it's just been a headache every shot or every few shots.

    I have zero connection issues between my Skytrak and TGC 2019 once I got it up and running after the update to the Golftec servers. Played 18 today, no issues. I always use network mode.

      Issues here, too. Since the new 4.3 "Upgrade", my SkyTrak disconnects and misses most shots, and hangs on log-ins. The time lag has also gotten much worse, and it seems I am constantly waiting for the "red dot of life". I am using a Gen6 iPad/HDMI to a 65" TV and a 2.4 ghz network repeater, that is pretty close to my SkyTrak. Disappointing to spend more time troubleshooting than practicing!

        I second the lag time issue. Using it right now and I think it is locked up but it is just lagging. Just long enough to make me think I need to restart and then it resets. One difference though, the pause is after the shot is displayed, it then lags for several seconds and then resets for the next shot. I have used my Skytrak for several years now, definitely something going on.

        It was normal for me the first couple of days after the update, now not so good!

          Exact same problem also, since upgrade about every other shot lags considerably longer. On the order of 10 seconds or more
