Subscription and Warranty Question

I just recently purchased TGC 2019 from the SkyTrak site using the one-time purchase option. SyTrak is showing my TGC 2019 license as expiring one year from the date of purchase. Can anyone confirm that this is normal? I continue to try to reach someone in their office to ask (been trying since Thursday to speak to someone) but no luck.

Also, the warranty for my SkyTrak is showing as expiring 1/6/23, the exact date I bought it. Is this just a website glitch or is this something I need to resolve?

You have to maintain an annual license to a Game Improvement Plan ($99.99) or Play & Improve Plan ($199.95) thru skytrak to be able to continue using the TGC license even after initial purchase. That date is likely when you license thru skytrak expires. Mine gets renewed every year in the fall
