ball marking

I am using a taylor made ball with all the little triangles on it, will that give my skytrak false readings, do I have to use a ball with just 1 mark,

I didn't like the Callaway Truvis as the painted dots would stain my screen & rub off reel quick (i have a narrow black line from early days testing 'em). Not the same issue with the Pix though, printing stays on the ball but will wear out with the balls skin. I love the PIX look but unfortunately i crack the TP5's because the outer shell just isn't thick enough, I havent had a tp5 last 2 full rounds yet.
