After going down the rabbit hole a few weeks ago with the skytrak update debacle, i turned on my unit today to get a new set of issues. See photos below of the classic tgc 2019 and this other tgc r-motion interface that i had to download in order to solve one of my many other issues with skytrak. I have tried all of the following:
- removing and reinstalling skytrak
- removing and reinstalling tgc 2019
- connecting in network mode to regular interface
- connecting in network mode with r-motion interface
- connecting in direct mode with regular interface
- connecting in direct mode with r-motion interface
Skytrak itself works as normal, i can use the range, challenge etc in the skytrak app. When i open TGC 2019, and get into play, the top green light turns red and the error in the tgc interface box pops up. I am hoping that there is a fix out there as i am getting very frustrated with having to make posts and go down these rabbit holes with skytrak every couple weeks. I understand that it is not in the same realm as GC quad and trackman, but between the cost of the launch monitor and tgc subscription, i expect much better. please help
