Skygolf 360

I don't know what's happened to skygolf 360 it's really messed up.
My skytrak says its syncing but the recorded sessions show the right days when I hit balls but the club selections are wrong. No matter what day I select it always says 9 shots. Those 9 shots are actually with a 6 iron however you can only view them under the latest session under driver.
The data seems a bit mashed I can see there are 700-800 shots all registered as driver yet I can see from the graphs that they are clearly different clubs. Not sure when this behaviour started I suspect since v1.9.

When will this ever get fixed? Tonight I wanted to check the spin on my driver but I can't - even for my historical sessions. It's been 4 months without it working properly. Total sh!t.

I as well am still having issues with synching and 360 as well. I think they need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

I'm mostly concerned about Sim release. Fortunately they don't have any competition in this price point(at the moment) because if there were this stumbling bumbling release and customer service would be met with utter failure. Maybe I'm venting but I was a pre-order buyer of SkyTrak and it still chaps my a&& when I hear about Sim release dates only to see them come and go.

Great product, sucky integration and customer service.(Had an issue with my unit and was promised a SkyTrak rep was going to contact me.........NOT)

Even as a basic launch monitor, without being able to review the numbers its pretty useless unless I write down each and every shot stat as I hit it. I wanted to test driver shafts for low spin and launch angle - I couldn't as I couldn't compare numbers.

Worst case, you can take screen shots of the ipad so you can compare your results.

I can't do that either, iPad history shows Monday 6/8 and there's no shots either, see screenshot. :-(

A reinstall of the app got me all the history back on the ipad. skygolf 360 is still screwed but at least as wbond says I can <now> review the numbers in the app.

I hit the clubs and then go into shot history and take a screenshot on iPad. Then start a new session with different club to compare them. I will never use the skygolf360 app. I have individual folders for each club in my pictures on iPad. Easy to compare clubs that way and can also compare same club but from different days I those folders.

Mr Hogan, after a quick check myself, try filtering at the top by club instead of session. That's the way I always remembered it defaulting to. Maybe that changed? Still working with the team on this.

yes your right Seth the club view still works, its just the sessions view that is broken.

Still deciding. I owned a skytrak but sent back because of linkage issues and accuracy with woods. Most likely will buy another.
