What happened? Not CONNECTING (TGC)

SkyTrak is not showing license in my TGC interphase. TGC is Green and SkyTrak is Red (no). The skyTrak will connect but goes red and laser drops before it can load and by the time it loads the laser doesn't appear.

I haven't done anything. I did update the ST software too but no dice.

I have the same issue.
Last time this happened i wrote Protee and they told me that they update some servers and the next day ist just worked as usual.
But it is very frustrading when you plan to play on thursday night with friends an then all you can do is drink beer =(

I had the same problem last night and then remembered the Beta interface workaround that was posted in January 2023 when a similar problem occurred while SkyTrak was updating its server. It worked and I was able to play TGC19.

I clicked the Help tab inside the TGC start menu (before you actually start the game)

It brought me to a page that said something about the new SkyTrak + required some updates to the interface needed updates due to the new club data and old models needed to do it too. Sure enough and hours and hours later it was playable. New interface for the win. They even put some calibration numbers in the start menu so you don't need to go into the SkyTrak app to see your level indications.

Not sure I saw an email telling me that this would need to be done. Or even a blast or post on this site.

Only scratched out the front 9 of LACC before an 11pm bedtime and it wasn't a 30. Tried playing at 3:30pm and couldn't start playing until 10:30pm (Did have dinner and even did a bag mapping for the first time)

hello try to change the club it worked for me,
my tgc won't take the shot if the club selectionned is a wedge
i change it for a driver and it works...

Got hold of support. They toldme to use x+y button to re arm a club.
Then it worked.
No bug fix in sight.

in the gameplay menu put shot suggestion off and it will stays on driver and it will works

Tonight was the 1st time I played since Wed and I had the same issue... the interface would close after a minute or so.

Based on what I saw on Facebook you have to install the new TGC interface. You do not have to uninstall anything or install the game itself.

I was having the exact same issue. Every time I was greenside my TGC 2019/Ski Trak plus would not read any shots despite all lights being green and the laser being on. It has been happening since the update. Reloaded both skytrak and TGC 2019 interface updates with no change. Was so frustrated I even bought E6 connect. Today I tried deselecting the club suggestion and it worked! It just shows driver for every shot. No errors in 2 rounds. Thanks for figuring this out. Is there any permanent bug fix in sight?
