Hi all

I got the plus and charged it for 6 hours out of the box using the plug and cable provided. It didn't get anywhere near 100%. I have been charging the unit now for a few hours and I can only get it to 40%. Also, if I leave it just powered by my PC it doesn't increase or even hold the charge, it drains when using. Anyone else experiencing this?

I also have been a skytrak user for quite a while. Upgraded to the + and I will say,there are things I liked about the old one better, but I can tell you the + keeps getting updated and improving. The main thing I dislike about the plus is that when I connect it by USB to ,my PC to play TGC, it doesnt charge like the old one. So every couple rounds or so, I have to set it to charge. Minor inconvenience, but overall its been working good for me. It does seem like your unit is faulty. surprised they havent asked for it back.

I've had the Plus for about a year never had any problem with charging. I leave it plugged in all the time. After playing it will change for a few minutes then it's fully charged. I haven't had any problems with my unit play 4-5 times a week.
