SkyTrak and WGT

Awesome, thanks Seth ! Would some of you guys mind taking some videos and posting them ? I'm in Columbia for work at the moment and my skytrak is at home. I think I will have to take a week or two vacation when I come back ! This is great.

Setup instrucations for WGT on your ST:

Download WGT Golf App
Create new account (if you don't have one already)
Open App
You'll need to go through the swing tutorials first (2 mins)
When done, upper right hand corner tap your profile.
Swipe all the way to your left and you'll see skytrak (tap enable)
Close (app will Save Options), then the Rapsodo Screen will appear and search for your skytrak

This is huge news. Has anyone successfully used it? I'm at work, but I'll be trying it out tonight.

Working now closed the app down a couple of times and logged in and out and boom I'm on.

Any putting challenges or are they all closest the pin ?

I just got a huge case of golf-itis. Time to go home from work immediately so I don't infect anyone. Hopefully I'm cured in the next few hours after a few swings at home haha.

Well this looks promising to test. Downloaded and setup the app on my iPhone 6 and check the SkyTrak option. Will give it a try tomorrow most likely!

Guys, I went through some troubleshooting with luv2golf and we eventually got it working. When you are on the dashboard of WGT, the top light will be red - it only goes green once you get into the challenge. But what is sounds like is you guys are stuck on 'connecting'. I'm checking with WGT on this. But for luv2golf, it just took a series of attempts. Before I get back, try just turning the unit off/on and restarting the app. Be in touch shortly, it's working great here.

Make sure the SkyTrak app isn't open.

I had to delete the app and it fixed my issue. I am in now

Which app? WGT or SkyTrak?

Ok guys, try this process...

1) Using the SkyTrak app, put the unit in network mode
2) Close SkyTrak app
3) Unit middle light should be solid yellow now
4) Open WGT and go to Profile>Options>turn on SkyTrak>hit close
5) See if it connects...

If not...

6) Turn off SkyTrak unit and close out of WGT (double-tap home button and swipe up)
7) Turn on SkyTrak unit - middle light should go yellow
8) Open WGT - you should see the Rapsodo splash screen and it should then connect

Got my SkyTrak today and can't believe my luck to discover this news on the same day!

Am in the UK and downloaded WGT through UK AppStore. Had the same issue, with a single red light, but kept trying to connect and eventually I got in. Here's a brief vid of one of my shots at St Andrews. 117yd 9i...

i deleted both apps because I was impatient. I played pebble, valhalla, and another course. Pretty cool you can even putt on it
