Skytrak ree2.0 not reading ANY hits - I've tried everything!

Hi everyone,

I've tried everything to get my skytrak to register a hit, and have nothing has worked.

I have the unit level.

I have tried all 3 connection modes, and it keeps disconnecting. When the unit is connected, it doesn't register anything.
I have 1GB Internet in Phoenix and I get 275MB download where the unit is. But for some reason, it keeps dropping connection, even on USB mode.

I've tried placing the ball every which way and location.

Nothing works. Anyone have any advice or should I call support/repair?

First, what does REE 2.0 mean?

Second, is the bottom of the Skytrak unit even/level with your hitting surface?

Third, are you saying that you are disconnecting even when using USB mode?

If the answer to both 2 and 3 is yes, I would call support!

Just to keep things simply, can you confirm that Skytrak range in direct mode can't read 7 iron at all. Make sure you are indoors or in shade with nothing shining into the unit. Use new white balls. Skytrak at same height as mat (level isn't critically important, but height is). Try it from another device (tablet or phone) if that doesn't work. Next, if that doesn't work, remove it from case and try again.

If that doesn't work, final test is to check laser curtain. change to lefty mode and try. If you don't have a lefty around, you can rotate the Skytrak 180 (sensors facing away from you) and place it between your feet and ball. You will be hitting over the unit, so be careful.

Ree2.0 is the model on the bottom.

I have the unit just sitting on the mat, do not have a case on it.

It doesn't stay connected in any mode. Even USB mode. I work in IT, so am definitely tech savvy, so the disconnecting is really strange.

I don't have anywhere indoors to hot, I just have a net set up outside right now.
unit sitting on the mat with no case.
I've tried a Windows laptop, android phone and android tablet. No luck. Disconnecting is rampant in all devices.

I will check the lefty mode tomorrow as it's now pitch dark outside. Haha

This ended up being a bad motherboard. Had to get it repaired.
