    Hello SkyTrak Users! Version 4.4.7 is now live! Listed below are the release notes:

    V4.4.7 Release Notes:
    - Improvements to Bay Management and Network Mode Connection
    - Added MPS display for Ball Speed in Japan
    - Added support for 13-character serial numbers in ABOUT screen and product registration.
    - Miscellaneous bug fixes and improvements.

    To update to the latest software version, please visit (https://skytrakgolf.com/pages/downloads). iOS can be downloaded via the Apple Store, and Android can be downloaded via the Google Play Store!​

    OMG..downloaded this release and now I'm getting glitchy hits with irons and 1 out of 10 driver swings are now picked up from the Skytrak driving range.... I have the OG unit running with Windows since 2017. I even upgraded to a new router a couple weeks ago and it was running so much better until this upgrade.....and yes its also affecting TGC2019 as well. Anyone else experiencing this or just smarter than me and haven't taken the upgrade?

      The update may not be compatible with your existing equipment. Happened to me last year. Had to buy a new iPad because the software update wouldn’t work right with the older technology.

        Not an iPad…it’s running on a Windows machine but either way that should be stated in their updates or a way to revert back, versus the only alternative being to move to Skytrak+.

          Yes, I understood you were on a PC, not an iPad. I was just assuming that the same issue may apply - the Skytrak software “outgrowing” the machine or the operating system. You indicated you have been running on that machine since 2017. Thats a long time in computer world.

          It’s not that you would need to get a Skytrak +, but you may have to upgrade your PC with a different graphics card or whatever is causing the issue.

          Or maybe your computer is fine and something else is going on that tweaking settings would resolve. But if it worked fine until the update, this would seem to point to the PC as the source of the problem.

          Some folks have talked about a way to revert back to the prior version of the skytrak software version. You may do a search for that process. May be something on YouTube for how to do that in windows.

        Thanks for feedback...IT guy here...System built in 2017 was far and above requirements listed on the Skytrak website even today...Nvdia GTX1070 for example etc....Not saying it isn't the PC, But I have upgraded network card etc and kept it more than within system requirements. I may have to chat with Skytrak support

          I'd try direct mode to rule out network issues. Also, the last time I check, reverting was easy, as older versions were available for download. Not sure if that is still the case.

          For what it’s worth, the old iPad I had was also supposed to be sufficient to run the software, according to the website. But it couldn’t run it without 20-30 second shot delays. Once I got the new iPad, problem solved. I had a second older iPad as well that I tried just to rule out some other issue with the first old iPad. Same result. So, for me, it definitely ended up being a hardware issue. Morini makes a very good point though in suggesting you see what happens in direct mode.

        Solved connection issues by clearing out cache per recommendation from Skytrak support. Also usb and network mode pretty similar results.

            SkyTrak_Jordan Issue is back....I can connect using Skytrak range just fine, but when I try to connect to TGC2019, the top light will not turn green though the interface says its connected. This all started with a Windows update...running Windows 10 still....I've tried clearing cache, reloading TGC2019 interface, everything and it will not connect to TGC2019. Any ideas?
