    HI
    I recently updated my skytrak since then i have not been able to connect to ios or laptop
    There is no wifi showing in direct mode and nothing in wired mode.
    I have uninstalled apps on both devices and reinstalled but nothing, Ive contacted support they said do hard reset which ive done but still nothing
    On the unit top light is red middle light yellow flashing bottom light solid green then goes red red green and starts again
    Any help would be great the unit was working perfectly before upgrade

    Try allowing the Skytrak app through windows defender. It must be blocking the wifi.

      Turned all vpn,firewalls off still no joy
      Need to return unit
      Very odd as worked fine until upgrade

    Make sure all of your antivirus or VPN software is turned off before launching the SkyTrak app.

        You can reset your SkyTrak device by going to your profile on the home screen and selecting "About." From there, the reset option is located beside the serial number. Next, try clearing the SkyTrak cache and doing a fresh installation of version 5.0. To clear the cache, Go to C:\USERS\[Current User]\App Data\Local Low\ and delete the SkyTrak folder in there.

            The best way is to allow it through Windows defender. I'm not going to leave my PC unprotected while online.
