Practice mode disabled

Hi Folks,

A few days ago I fired up the old SkyTrack and downloaded the new 5.0 update. I bought a new membership and everything has been great. Then today I can’t access “practice” or “challenges” mode (they’re grayed out). But I can play “game evaluation” mode. What am I doing wrong?

what are you playing it on? IOS?

Hello, it’s the PC version. It’s weird, because it works fine in the game evaluation mode (reading shots, etc.).

Hi, 3 days ago I bought a ST+, got it all hooked up, went to go to the practice, and exactly the same as you it was greyed out.
so I got in touch with the customer service team, and they said my PC graphics card wasnt powerfully enough to run the new 5.?? Version!!!
I know 100% it is, but I did what they said and uninstall it, and installed the older version and I can now use practice.
but at some point I'm gonna reinstall the newer version and try again.
