SkyTrak interface issues with TGC 2019

I have a four year-old SkyTrak and TGC 2019 software. I've used it on and off for the last four years. I use it primarily for the TGC 2019 driving range. It has always worked fine. I have not used it for the last 3-4 months. I tried to use it recently and everything loaded fine. I went to use the driving range with the TGC 2019 software and the interface took me to the driving range with no problems. The laser came on fine, but when I went to hit a ball, the shot did not register and then the laser went off and would not come back on. I shut down the TGC 2019 program and restarted the my computer as well as the SkyTrak, several times, with the same result. I even went off WIFI and used a USB cable for a direct link. It still did not work.

I then went to the SkyTrak driving range and SkyTrak and laser worked fine.There is clearly something wrong with the interface between the SkyTrak launch monitor and the TGC 2019 software.

Any ideas/suggestions? I really appreciate it.

I had the same issues. I went to the skytrak site downloaded the software Unchecked the box they told me to during installation and still had my license key missing when i went to play.
I just haven't gotten around to contacting ProTee yet.

So I have had TCG work remotely on my computer for past two days and tonight still it doesn’t work. I’m sooooooo frustrated. Take time out of my work day to get them into my computer and still nothing. I’m convinced they don’t know how to fix it. So what happens I hit a shot, the laser goes away. I hit ARM on the SkyTrak Protee page, the laser cones back. Then it might register or not, then it goes away again. You guys have any luck?
