  • Sync and then login error

    Couldn't get the Skytrak app to sync to skygolf360. Tech support advised deleting the apps and then resetting the unit with a paperclip. I did all this and managed to login to the skygolf360 app but it will not let me back into the Skytrak app. It keeps coming up with incorrect login or password. Anyone else had this issue?

    Same thing here....you can still play anonymously, but it's still an issue.

      Having same problem so can't even get into SkyTrak app for range session or SkyTrak's challenges.

      SkyTrak_Seth, seriously, we have paid US$2k for a machine and most have paid $99 for some useless GIP and now cannot even use your app for the range? Customers don't mind paying for things but you cannot expect customers to pay for things that don't work and we have to go to an unrelated public forum amongst each other to try to figure out why with zero customer support from SkyTrak/SkyGolf! This is exactly why SkyTrak/SkyGolf is seriously at huge risk of having customers send complaints online to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for complaints of consumer fraud.

        I can log in on the windows app and it even works on the mac through VMWare parallel on Win10. I haven't tried the iPad yet, maybe it is just iPhones that have the issue - mine is a problem on my iPhone 6 Plus

          Same problem for me...I can access to my skygolf account through the website, but I can not log in through ST app

            Ok, in-between speaking with the UK phone support who were putting me in touch with a specific US phone support guy (Donald) and then me speaking with the US live chat support guys as I hadn't heard from Donald, it has suddenly started working again when I checked, don't know if anyone has done anything? But maybe check your ST apps now? Also, my original data syncing error with Skygolf 360 seems to be resolved too. great stuff!

                I tried this morning before I tee'd off to warm up in direct mode, wasn't letting me log in so I just went direct mode. Just tried now and I am getting sync.

                  I had issues last night then tried using my email address instead of my login name and hey presto! Give that a go guys, and let me know if it works.

                        I received mine in the mail this week. Had a hard time registering the unit. Play little with it yesterday and it worked fine.

                          Just like to say that i've just had a call from US based Donald checking that all was ok since my issue got sorted last week. Its really nice to get a follow up and I did appreciate it. We do live in a 'now' society where everything is instant and disposable and can forget that sometimes things can take a little while. I was without being able to log into the app for almost a week and had a couple of phone calls to support and a couple of live chats throughout the week. All I spoke to were helpful and attentive. Sometimes support takes a few shots to get the right solution and i'm sure that V2 of the ios app will solve a few problems, give a few enhancements and probably introduce a few new problems. At the end of the day its not live and death and I for one appreciate the call back and look forward to V2 of the app new problems or not.
                          Seth, please pass on my thanks. I'm not Skytrak affiliated by the way, or even a beta tester (other than the PC app that is available to all), just an excited user and keen to see where this technology goes.

                            Ok not sure if I'm doing something wrong but hope someone (or @SkyTrak) can please help me. Used my SkyTrak on range today using direct mode on my iPhone 6. Coming home connected my iPhone to internet (and even connected SkyTrak app on my iPhone 6 to my SkyTrak using Network Mode) and SkyTrak app on my iPhone says "Data Synced" but today's range data does not show up on my SkyGolf 360 account nor on my iPad Mini 2 after it also showed "Data Synced"? Any help or suggestion on how to get this range session data on my iPhone 6 synced to my SkyGolf 360 account and my iPad Mini 2 would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

                              I'm pretty sure (not 100%), but when in direct mode that data is not saved. It's just a visual guide. To save the data to your skygolf account, you need to be in network mode.
