My unit is stuck in "Trying to Connect to Network" mode....that is a Solid Green light on bottom - Blinking Yellow light in Middle - and Solid Red Light on top. Will not connect to Network and will not stop trying. Every once in a while middle light turns "Blinking Red" but goes right back to "Blinking Yellow". Any one have any experience with this or know how to fix it?
Problem with unit...

Unit is set up right next to router. It had been working fine but I ordered the "play and improve" package and made several attempts to download software but would not work. Could not connect to "Network Mode" but it always reset so I could connect in Direct Mode. Now it just stays with a blinking yellow light...I know signal is not weak. My phone is connected fine with 5 bars.

I am having the exact issue today - spent hours on chat trying to get game Improvment package to load on unit - now wi-fi won't connect and just blinks yellow.
What have been the resolutions?

No will check now - however I'm really getting nervous now as the reset solution is no longer resetting all 3 LED's to "Amber" - rather holding down reset for 10 seconds just shuts off the unit completely. SkyTrak_Seth please help! This unit has been without the package for a month and already had a ticket issued and email stating the issue was resolved - however it has sill not been resolved. I'm on hour 4 tonight.

How old is the router? Of course power it down and backup but guessing you did that. Do you have a lot of DHCP devices? Does the PC have an IP address. Should be able to go into windows at look at signal strength.
go buy another skytrak and see if works. Return the broken one.

Thanks to those who replied - I ended up having to send it back - apparently the reset button is not functioning properly since holding it down for 10 secs simply powers off the unit (LED's shut off) rather than restarting and clearing the network settings - my hope is that it won't cost anything because the network issue had never occurred until I was on the phone with the frontline support team and they had me keep resetting the unit to try and get the game Improvment package to sync - we'll see.

TheGriftKings , sorry I'm just seeing this. Please keep me updated, but yes it sounds like there was a hardware issue.
