Is there a way to setup SkyTrak with multiple users? I just got my SkyTrak on Friday and have been able to hit some half-wedges with it in my backyard as still waiting on my full setup to get done (btw, loving it so far!). But one of things that came up was how would my son and I track their stats at the same time. I didn't see anything in the SkyTrak app where I could configure different users. Do I need to setup the SkyTrak app on 2 separate iOS devices and get 2 different skygolf accounts? Has anyone done this before, if so how?

As far as I know there isn't a way to track different users with one single user login.
Don't necessarily need two different devices. But if you wanted to keep track on skygolf, you would need two accounts...sign out of one and into the other. Or you could just do different sessions and email them to yourself...keeping track of which session was yours and which ones are your sons.

I would think that it would be easiest to just use different sessions and keep track of which session belongs to which person. Within a single session, you could set up a comparison with each club where you could be listed as Driver1 and your son could be Driver2 (for example).

Will try multiple accounts and also different sessions. Will see which is the easiest. Does anyone use the skytrak app on their iPhone connected to a projector? If that works well, then when he is practicing he can connect his phone and I can connect mine when I am.

We should ask Seth from Skytrak about a feature enhancement to send up some kind of device id when it syncs to Skygolf and then provide a way to filter on that when looking at shot data on their web site. Then your solution would actually work quite well. Supporting multiple accounts would be a lot more work and I doubt we'll see that anytime soon. Editing different clubs is a PITA.

Certainly. We have already begun working on that. For now, the only option is to create a new user account and log out/log in depending on who is using it. Let's say it's father/son. Dad buys the GIP but the son will only need the basic ~ $19.99/yr SkyGolf360 plan in order to sync his data separately (since all the app access/licensing is based on the unit). There is a lot of work going into the online experience and I am also working to allow easy-of-switching between multiple users in the app. I think this will also make local (and online) challenges more appealing when you can compete against other actual users.

While on the wish list. A lot of attention has been to playing golf course and that is important. However, practice away from the course is just as important if not more. So, any work going on with additional challenges. For example, some big break type game play. Blackjack would be a cool one or poker. Also, perhaps flop shots over a big wall or breaking glass. Perhaps a driving range with pools of water at certain distances and when you "hit" the pool of water some type of cool animation happens. In general, something to make practice more fun.

What would be cool is some sort of shot randomiser where you would hit at random distance targets to get proper practice. Maybe have targets to score in and have 20 random distance shots. Maybe extra points if it asks you to fade or draw and you achieve it. Need to be able to limit the distances if you cannot hit driver, woods or hybrids, or indeed you cannot hit high lofted shots.
