Not sure this is the appropriate place for it. But if there was a redesigned SkyTrak II, I'd love to see a fundamental change in its form factor. Not sure if its physically/geometrically possible, but ideally it would be shaped like a stick, about as long as a golf club so you could store it in your golf bag. There would be nodes on it where cameras are placed. Since its in a stick form, it would be easier to align and it would be lower profile so that mishits would have significantly less of a chance of striking/damaging it.

I would envision that the batteries are cylindrical to house it in the stick, and they should be user replacable for product longevity or as a means to extend your playing sessions.

Now that they've gone through one R&D iteration, hopefully the cost of developing a second product would be cheaper, so they could potentially add more cameras to track putts and lob shots better while keeping the product cost in the same price range.

I'm fine with the current iteration for awhile, however an HMT type addon would make this a slam dunk product at it's price point.

Seconded, thirded and fourthed. Add me to the list of alpha, beta and gamma testers whilst you're at it. Please, please, please, with sugar on top make a HMT. Failing that, allow me access to the appropriate SDK to make one for the masses.

I would agree on the mishits. My son is a newbie and has already busted the green lockdown mechanism on the protective case :-(. Thankfully it stays closed with some rubber bands and even more thankful for his VAST improvement so that we have not seen anymore of those drastic mishits already. He's only been playing for about four months.
