  • I need a phone number for skytrak

Anyone have some sort of contact number? It's absolutely ridiculous to sell a piece of hardware for this kind of price and have zero support but third party on a forum. The chat just crashes and never works, and email is a joke ive been waiting weeks. Im tired of every time I go to use it the servers are down or whatever is going on again today. I can't use the native app because it won't log in and I cant use perfect golf because the connector just crashes Im assuming because the login servers are down.

Please has anyone found a contact number

I sent you a number via PM. But let me see if I can help:

    1) You need to be connected to the internet the first time you log in because it needs to validate the local account with your SkyGolf 360 account (assuming you have one already - if not, you need to create one through the app).

    2) If you do have a SkyGolf 360 account and are connected to the internet, but it won't let you log in - can you make sure you can log into SkyGolf 360 via your browser? Just to make sure the credentials are correct.

    3) I'm assuming you can't use PG because you haven't successfully connected using the SkyTrak app, so the license files haven't been written to the unit. Hopefully after the above you will be able to.

    4) I just released v2.4.1, which has login improvement, so make sure to download that first.

Thanks Seth for the response and attention to help. I have used jnpg many times before and the native skytrak app many times also. This is a new issue third time now. I have very limited time to practice and it's always around 4-6 afternoon central time. Usually Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday. This is the third week in a row where the skytrak login servers were down for maintenance or something. Even if I attempt to login on the website for stats you just get a technical difficulties check back later message. I'm sure it's just a coincidence this happens right when I have a small window to use it but it has happened three weeks in a row now. So I end up just driving to the range and hitting balls and when I get home every time I can log in fine.
My point is if this is maintenance can it not be done when less people would be using the service like early morning or late night and is there someway to use the native skytrak app on pc without Internet or jnpg without an Internet connection so I could just bypass this issue in the future?

In v2.4.1, we improved offline login, so that should make this issue moot. However, I will still pass it along to the back end team about the web login.

I had 2.4.1 and it would not work "offline" I did not try to disconnect my internet but it would just stick at loading and then the entire app would crash with a windows error message. Did the same exact thing in 2.4

Apparently it does if it needs to login to a remote server to check licensing files.

Do we need to download the new update or does it automatically update when we connect?

clearly doing what wrong? Ive used a skytrak for over a year now with zero issue and played perfect golf several times with zero issues. The problem is when there is an issue with skygolfs login and certificate servers you cannot use windows based software, there is no offline workaround like with the ipad app.

I had a similar issue that was related to firewall routes not being allowed from the pc. I needed to create an inbound tcp and udp route that allows connections from private network and an outbound route for the same for the skytrak app ( this was windows firewall )
