Low launch with driver

Recently got a Skytrak and have been using indoors with irons. Results seemed to be fine. Then hit some drivers and thought the launch angle were low (mostly 4 and 5). Took it to the range yesterday. Irons seemed close but driver still off (5 to 7 degree launch...carry 170 however most drives were actually carrying 225 - 230-ish.) Has anymore had any experience with this? I've tried putting the laser at the bottom of the tee and one or two inches behind.

Does Skytrak allow you to exchange for a different unit?

I was able to get better reading by raising the device on shots on a tee

so many factors left unsaid, device level, device even with hitting surface? balls marked? etc etc, check all things that can go wrong before you blame the skytrak. so tired of these threads.
