      SOLVED!
The issue happened after an update of the Intel HD Graphic's driver and Nvidia GTX's driver.
So, I just restore the laptop to a previous restoration point and SkyTrak App is now working again.
I will investigate later which driver of the graphic cards is causing the issue.

This may be the same thing that happens to me. If so, when it says "loading" try clicking on the little square in the upper right hand corner that maximizes the window. I have found that will move me to the normal skytrak app screen, which is actually functioning normally. Not sure what causes the bug, but it is easily solved for me.

Yep, the PC I purchased to use Skytrak and to run the TGC software is/was brand new. About 2 weeks ago everything stopped working - it was because of auto updates of the OS turned ON. I had to remove one of the security updates and all working again. I turned off auto updates (not allowed directly in Windows 10 home edition) by setting my wi fi connection to meter.

I also took the time to create a bare metal restore or system image backup just in case.

Out of curiosity, what was the PC you purchased and how is it doing with TGC?

                the PC is a ASUS - http://www.bestbuy.com/site/asus-rog...&skuId=4494400

it is great. I have all graphics at the highest settings and no delay. It has a build in sound card which is very good, but the speakers suck. I purchased some BOSE and sounds great. as you can see it is on SALE now

People are gonna ask, so I might as well be the first. Can you post a video of this working? Cheers.

With all the graphic settings turn on you see planes fly over head on courses, squirrls by your chips, etc.
