Box not found (TGC)

Hi all

I am awaiting my licence key (submitted not long ago) but I can not connect my box to the protee interface for TGC but it is saying box not found.

Will this be rectified when I get my licence key? It looks like it should connect now and the licence status would just stay red?

Wow I have my code already and yes that was the case. The licence code needs inputting first

Scottfer, they sent my code in an email and I spent a long time trying to copy it and paste into the license box, but it wouldn't work...it was twice as long as what I could see in the email. After consultation they posted it in a message on their website with the instruction to copy and paste. Thank you, I said, that would have taken a couple hours to type.

I had the same issue with the license being so long. I finally did a ctrl-A and pasted into notepad. Then I could select the entire license In the email I could not.

The license code from hell! Probably NSA encryptions of Sate dept. emails.

I believe they added the 'copy' function somewhere in TGC when 3.0 came out. I figured it was for this reason (even though I didn't have an issue with copy/paste).
