    Hi
There is still some mixture of yards and meters in skills assessment when you look in the report on each shot, it says meter in the heading but the numbers are in yards.
    Best regards

Had an issue last night. Skytrak seemed to have locked up. The laser was still there. All lights. It appeared to read the shot, as the laser light went off, but then just came back on, but no shot registration. Tried 6 shots, but nothing registered. Turned the skytrak off and quit the skytrak program. Turned the skytrak back on and then started up the skytrak program again. But then came up with the error that I was not a registered user, wrong user name and password. Tried several more times, no typo mistakes, same error.

Had to turn everything completely off. Skytrak, shutdown the laptop and then turned all back on again and then it was OK.

Are you connected via USB? And do you have an active internet connection?

      Hi Seth

Yes, Laptop connected to my wireless network. The Skytrak is directly connected to the laptop by USB cable. The cable is the same one that I have always used and is capable of both power and data transfer. I checked my wireless network and no issues in the reporting system in it, I have more than enough coverage as far as network range goes - I tested that when I installed the system.
