Why on earth did anyone think there were "copyright" concerns with these photos? Someone (forum or ST) is in dire need of IP counsel.

No idea who would want to copy this thing either.

Edit: reading this again, it might be construed that I was of the opinion it's not worth copying.

What I actually meant was that I feel it's unlikely you'd be able to undercut Skytrak's price point by enough to be worthwhile and GC2's patent is expiring soon/has expired so there's a better option that definitely won't risk legal action.

I believe this forum is owned by Protee. I am sure a complaint was made, and given business relationship, they were taken down. Not entirely an unreasonable request, but in the age of the internet, fairly futile.
