Skytrak TGC problems - help would be greatly appreciated

We followed the instructions to install TGC for skytrak - the box says its connected - all courses will load - all lights are green on skytrak - red dot appears fine - so everything looks good - but it doesn't pick up any shots at all! I'm in the UK and left a message on Thursday at protee head office technical department (it went to answer phone) with my phone number but haven't had a call back. TGC looks great and I'm really looking forward to playing it - so any thoughts/ideas on how to fix it would be much appreciated. Thanks a lot Ian1204

Try switching clubs to putter and see if it registers. If all is green then you are registered and good to go. Try switching club.

Do u have the SkyTrak app and TGC running @ the same time ?? Do u have 2 occurances of any apps open at the same time??

Thanks Bubba. We're not sure! We (my wife Susie and I) deleted TGC and reinstalled taking into account all the advice here and from Protee,
I played Amen Corner a few times last night and it was great.

Need to figure out what the best courses (particularly real ones) are.
My son Joe and I really looking forward to doing this and the online play, just in time for winter here.
We live not far from Royal Birkdale where the Open is next year. So will probably look for that next.

You're a matey. My best bud grew up with Birkdale in the backyard. It's a long shot but Steve and Chris Jackson. His mum still lives on the course.
