Skytrak plus TGC, some questions

I had to return my unit, because of other issues, but I think the Skytrak unit is very hard to beat at the price point and I liked it.
I have had issues with missed shots and what seems to be miss-read shots.

Are all of these better in TGC versus Skytrak's driving range?
1. Soft/short chips/pitches/flops
2. Many missed and miss-read shots with high launching wedges even those hit fairly hard
3. Perhaps one in 20 iron shots, good launch angle, go further than it seems they should because of low spin readings
For example an L wedge shot reads 2000 rpm rather than 9000 rpm and goes 97 yards instead of 81 yards
This seems better if the ball's logo is oriented towards the unit, but does not go away
4. Some shots, could be any club, are missed
If any of the above are better in TGC, does anyone know why?

If one has a 5G network, how does on go about connecting to it via wifi?

If I have 4 buddies over for a game:
a. Can we play courses locally?
b. Does play depend on an internet connection?
c. If it does depend on an internet connection and it goes down, can we start where we left off or do we have to start over?

I'll do my best to answer these but some of these answers will vary based on personal preference.

1. Soft short chips and pitch shots seem fine. High flops on fast swings are still missed on both the app and TGC. I have turned the chip correction off.
2. TGC has been forcing me to club up and swing softer which is paying off IRL with consistency.
3. I have no issues with iron shots.
4. I like to use my 64 and 56 around the greens again but every once in a while a shot is still not registered. I'd say. 1 in every 40-60.

You need a 2.4ghz capable wifi router. Most units now offer both. 2.4ghz will also be stronger over longer distances.

A. Yes you can play a foursome but not sure if you are asking about your local golf course is available in TGC.
B. I believe all courses except for 10 require internet connectivity.
C. Never had my internet drop while playing yet so I can't answer this.
