They told, they will us make able in the app to switch to putting/chipping mode but thats what they tell us since month and nothing happens.

I had reading chips problems when first using WGT, but with TGC and the skytrak app all is good. Chipcs from 7 yards or more. I am guessing one less than 7 yards would work but never have those...I guess I am putting instead.

SkyTrak_Seth, will this new and improved putting/chipping mode for short chips finally be introduced in the new v2.5.4 of app and the new firmware update? Thanks.

Does the sky trak automatically update? Ive been having a problem where my skytrak is getting stuck in putting mode when it should be normal.

Putting vs normal mode in our sim partners is determined by either being on the green or distance to the pin - the unit should switch back and forth automatically.

I just made a post on an issue I saw with JNPG, where it isn't switching out of putting mode back to normal mode after a JNPG software update. SkyTrak_Seth is that something you guys test with the developers of JNPG before they release an update or are you even in the loop when they release an update? I think they may have broke something with their latest update.

they wanted to wait until next week to release due to everyone being at the PGA show.

SkyTrak_Seth yeah, they released the new WGT Version and no fix to see and a new Skytrak Software is as well not in place.

Didnt you tell us that all is in place for the solution and they need to impelment it? And then you told us it will be released this week zogether with 2.5.4 Skytrak firmware etc.?

It's a little bit complicated but yes it is in place...just taking a bit longer to get implemented than anticipated. Hopefully you've gotten v2.5.4 which has the firmware upgrade, but clearly there have been other recent fires which have demanded attention.
