Skytrak TGC Normal mode/Putting mode issue

Hi guys
Wondering if any one can help with this issue. Started playing a few holes today with tgc and my skytrak (offline at the moment), 1st hole worked fine, got to the second tee and it would not register my shot at all. Eventually worked it out that it was still in putting mode from the last green and didnt automatically switch back when i got to the tee. So each time I start the new hole I have to change shot type from normal to punch and back again and this then causes the laptop to change it from putting mode back to normal mode with the skytrak. Obviously this is a bit of a pain and sometimes I forget which means it doesnt register the shot. Is there anything I am doing wrong here or is there a glitch or setting that I have to change somewhere? This is somewhat annoying

Log out and restart the system. Try again and see if it happens.

And try to connect using a USB connection. If this works without any issues its a network issue.

You can also test to switch clubs (Z/X keys on keyboard). When the putter is selected it should switch to putting mode. Any other club should switch to normal mode.

I had this same issue in a bunker. It puts it in putting mode but shows a lob wedge. Changing clubs doesn't take it out of putting mode into normal mode. Anyone ever have this issue? I am playing offline if that matters.
