I ordered my Armour case Friday and received it yesterday. It is built like a Sherman tank.--there is no way an errant shot can hurt my ST with this case.. Given the quality and insurance that it provides this case is an absolute steal at $149. Fantastic job--thanks Gary.

Case is great. Nice having some peace of mind. Now I just need to find the perfect hitting mat.

How well do either versions do sitting on the mat? And what are differences between the two versions?

Hey guys, thanks for the good words. Steeltalons - both cases sit very good and have no trouble with reads when placed directly on the mat. The hardware works down into the turf and the extra weight really helps with this. The differences include a top, usb protection, a thicker base, and rotational freedom with the original version.

Rather than retyping this in PM's I figured I'd post it here...

Currently sold out and not sure I'm gonna have anymore made. Glad to not have been stuck with several that I can't sell thus far. I'm sure you understand. I actually bought the metal case that SkyTrak is now selling and it's very good with a couple things that I don't like. The top is still mostly exposed and the feet are too loose for me. A guy could get a lock nut and fix the feet easy enough. At $99 with promocode METAL50 it's a pretty good deal.

I was one of the original purchasers of the Skytrak Armour. I know you no longer market it and have moved on to GC. Just wanted to let you know it has worked flawlessly for me (Rarely a misread) and I have added a handle which is the only thing missing. Helps I when moving the Skytrak and also when switching from lefties to righty which has been working great.
