Sktrak connection issue

So, I received my skytrak a week, week and a half ago. Charged it up over night and went through the connectivity process and everything connected a-okay. I was short on time so didn't get to register the device or any of that. Tonight, I'm trying to connect and nothing seems to work. I went to my wifi setting on the iPad and it doesn't show the skytrak device like it did last time around. I've powered both the iPad and the skytrak down multiple times with no resolution. Any advice?

edit: top to bottom the lights are red, flashing yellow, then green.

Update, 2 hours later device connects with no problem. I'm concerned it may be the Cox cable main modem/router as I have had issues with my Control4 system losing connection in my upstairs media room. My AV guy and Cox supposed to come out this week to put a proper router in and hopefully stabilize the connection. I'm not a big electronics guy so I'm sure I messed part of that description up

Tell the guy to statically IP they Skytrak and your PC. That will end the dhcp issues it sounds like you maybe having.
