E6 connection to E6 cloud problems

  • E6 connection to E6 cloud problems

    I'm playing the E6 demo and really like it.

    However, I almost never get to play with my login because it says it can't connect to E6 cloud servers. My internet connection is fine. Can somebody tell me what IP address(es), transport protocols (TCP or UDP) and ports I need to be able to connect to from the PC running the software? I'll check firewalls and stuff.

    The database is down, we are aware of the issue and are working with our server partners to get it resolved. It should be back up very soon.

      Thank you very much for the prompt response, is there a service status page somewhere I can check when it's up?

        Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue since I got the demo last week. I can play as a guest but cannot log in.

              The online database has been working since the day this post was first replied to. If you are having trouble signing into E6 there is something else wrong with your computer or internet connection. Firewalls and anti-virus software can block E6 from correctly connecting to our servers. Also Windows 10 can often have firewall issues that can block programs from reaching the internet.                 correct - I never posted back (sorry - forgot) I was able to get in and can get in now as well.
