    Hello everyone,

    Installed the e6 demo and liked the feel of the software...so purchased the software and it arrived yesterday. I installed the software and all went pretty good. Before I started the software I installed the doogle and no error. After the software loaded it told me it needed to update and could take a while. for progress I can look under info.

    After about 3 hours I clicked info and about 80 percent done. After about 7 hours I clicked info and no percentage so I guess it was done. I restarted the software and upon load it told me it had more updates. I clicked on info and it read about 75%. Waited about an hour and checked info again..no messages about update. I then clicked on the update option and it told me no new updates.

    I started e6 again and it tells me there are updates...and if I looked under info it says it is updating.

    is this normal. All my course seem to be there.

    That seems a bit strange. I would call their customer support. The techs at Trugolf are always very helpful and might have an answer for you. The latest update should be on their webpage and you can confirm it by going to info on your E6 screen. The info will tell you how many courses are registered to you as well as the most current update it is running under.

        thanks, it is this what I am downloading or actually a patch? Will try tonight and let you know. I do appreciate the fast feed back in the forum from you guys.
