Has anyone seen this error before when I start the e6 software I get the following message "license time remaining 3.2 days" I just purchased the software about a month ago for a full year. I am a skytrak user.
I also created a ticket with e6 support yesterday. For those who have this issue, just open a support ticket, e6 will ask you send them a DIP file which is a file with info regarding your doggle. They will send you a dip file to update the doggle. I also had to get the expire date on my sim number updated. The process to about 6 hours.
the only part I did not like was I had to prove when I purchased e6 from skytrak. Lucky for me they keep the invoice for purchases on their web site.
