E6 demo and Skytrak

Loving my Skytrak so far but am having issues getting it to work with the E6 demo I just downloaded...How do I get it to track shots in E6? It doesn't appear the skytrak and the sim program are talking.

Scratch that...had to turn off and back on Skytrak and it worked fine!

I had the same issue. I was use to TGC where you started something and then clicked connect. With e6 just start the software. what do you think of e6 so far?

I would love to tell you but it doesn't want to work. I only can use the practice range and the course is not authorized. I called skytrak and they told me i need to delete the E6 and download it again from a link they sent me...the link they sent doesn't work. Getting them to help has been tough...no contact on the phone. no reply to the text support...chat help was no help. What kind of company only has phone customer service during regular business hours? Definitely starting to regret the purchase. Would have went with a different launch monitor if I had know this would be the case.

I had the same problem. Was the fact the Skytrak unit was still registered in previous owners name.

Do NOT call sktrak. Either leave a message in the e6 forum or open a support ticket on e6. My demo worked great so really cannot assist to much there. However, when I purchased e6 I had some issues and used the suggestions above.

My skytrak works fine. I'm saying the link they sent to download e6 is broken. I can't even open the website.
