I’m not sure how this guy got this video because I couldn’t find it on Trugolfs website, YouTube channel or Vimeo.

Looks good But if it's $1800 for 15 courses, NO THANKS.

Brochure I obtained today says $2500 for 17 courses... and then a subscription fee on top of that for additional features. Also interesting that the E6 connect is designed for commercial environments.

Sorry, this is $2500 for 27 courses, not 17, plus subscription for extra features.

Wow, that is a bit. When I bought e6 a number of years ago, I was to receive e6 2 for free and ended up only getting 1.6. Wonder if they would honour my free upgrade now 🙄

Here is a screen cap of the brochure. It doesn’t say the cost if you are upgrading from E6 1.6.

They must honor the e6 owners otherwise 1) nobody will upgrade and 2) there will be noone online. I think it's also dumb to first having the user to pay $2500 upfront THEN pay $300 annually. If it's going to be a subscription, just have the user for the damn yearly subscription fee only (like $400 or $500 or something if it's better than other simulators out there).

Did anyone see TruGolf's instagram yesterday showing a video of the E6 golf software running on an iPhone? Does anyone have details on this? If you can can connect a SkyTrak to an iPhone and not need a computer to play, then I'm all in!

You can play e6 connect on an iOS. Thought it should only be for iPad but iPhone too? May I know where the link is? That is cool. Price is not cool though lol.

It was part of their "story" on instagram so there isn't a link. Unfortunately the video is no longer up.

If you gotta pay $2500 upfront then another 600 a year wouldn't buying s new pc be the smarter move?

Price is high 2500 plus 600 a year if you want the full package. Not sure if this only includes connect or is connect going to be the only offering. Also, they have a brochure but no place to click buy. I checked skytrak web site and no mention of e6 connect.

The software looks very much geared toward the commercial installations at your local indoor golf centers. I would imagine E6 is very entrenched in that marketplace.

Errrrr...... For $2600, that's a hard no!..... do you know how many golf balls I can buy for $2600. ..... roughly 640 TP5's. I have switched from the Project A to the TP5.... The TP5 seems to spin more and is super durable. Hopefully some of those features make it into TGC2.

This makes no sense. Honestly, I think this is close to a year out at best. E6 still hasn't managed to figure out how to have a successful online service. If they are moving to a subscription model that includes everything then why in the hell are they still selling course packs? I think these numbers and what you will be getting are just being thrown out there for feelers. I don't think they know at this point how this is going to pan out. If you don't believe me, try to buy it. I also haven't heard how much upgrading will be for the folks who own most of the courses already. Seems like a bit of a screw job to existing customers who purchased a bunch of course packs, and still can for that matter, if you can get all the courses for the same annual fee as anyone else. Maybe they should be offered the upgrade from free and a free year per course pack they own. That would be a nice gesture....

They say deeply discounted but make no mention of the number and so that is frustrating. At $600 a year, it should be free for existing owners from my opinion
