Anyone know the penalties system in the game?

Is it a set value for rough, deep rough, bunker??? Or is it random or what? I can't figure it out and I dont think I've seen it mentioned anywhere.

does anyone have the game beside flightscoperick ? Are there any online games or tournaments taking place? This forum is a dead zone. I think the game plays better than TGC honestly

Cool, I'll jump on with ya this week at some point. How have you not used the penalties though? You gotta get some kind of punishment for not hitting fairways or greens.

E6 Connect uses the ball flight model provided from SkyTrak and Mevo+ LMs, so windage and elevation have no effect on the shot. My guy at TruGolf is currently checking on whether there is a rough penalty with those two LMs, but I'm guessing the answer is going to be No if it follows the pattern of wind and elevation.

Hope to see this change in the future. With some LMs, E6 Connect uses its own ball flight model, so it can factor in those environment details.

I'm on uneekor and it definitely incorporates those things in the one course I have in the demo. I go into that heavy rough way too often and it's like a 50% penalty lol. Wind works also from what I've tested.

Just not sure if it's just a random penalty or a fixed percentage yet..
