    Hi Guys,

    So I'm running with a Flightscope X2, which is performing really well. Running the Flightscope apps on an android tablet pick up every shot, including driver and long irons, but also surprisingly, some pretty small chips. I am running in short indoor mode, and it is working really well. With the lockdown in place I'm looking to run some sim software, and this afternoon I played a round with my son in the E6 Connect demo, to see how it worked. The shot detection was terrible. I couldn't play with my driver, 3W, hybrid, 4i and 5i, as it just wouldn't detect the shots. I could get it to pick up some of these shots if I played with 75% effort, but nothing more. Similarly, it was not especially good at picking up small chip shots. However after the round, I switched back to the Flightscope apps and immediately, all these shots were detected 100%.

    So I guess my question is, is this normal? Why would the E6 connect not pick up the shots but the Flightscope app is fine ? I'm going to contact TruGolf support about this but would like your opinion as well.

    I have Trackman and have E6 Connect also, the E6 Connect is not working for me at this time also. I have contacted Trackman and they remoted in and went through the radar and updated everything and had me hit shots while they watched, worked perfect on the Trackman side. Then I switched over to E6 Connect and nothing was working. Trackman said it is an E6 Connect issue. When I contacted E6, they was very short with me and just said Trackman is working on the issue. They never remoted in and looked around or did anything to solve the issue. So this is interesting that you also are having issue with E6 Connect but your launch monitor, like mine, is working just fine. This tells me E6 is having more issues than they are letting out to the public. Good luck with finding any answers from E6, they seem to blame their problems on everyone else.

      I've also been seeing a lot of intermittent disconnects while in-game which resulted in me needing to take a few identical shots. I've raised the ticket to Trugolf. Best to keep raising it so they're aware.

        So I never heard back from Trugolf. Very poor!
        I tried moving the X2 slightly further back, this time exactly 10ft from the tee. That helped slightly with the low irons and soft wood shots. However full driver and 3w shots it still didn't get. It picked up a couple, but got then wrong showing them as 150 yard shots along the ground!
        Last thing to try will be giving an extra 2ft to the ball flight. However that will then limit the lofted clubs I can use, which are already limited to around 50 degrees of loft. So this really doesn't look like a workable piece of software.

          We have a few players on Discord Using Flightscope X3 and X2 with E6 playing with out any of these problems. I also played E6 Connect for about 4 months before I sold Flightscope Xi+ and went with another LM and had no issues with shots not being picked up.

            I’m also have problems with e6 connect and my trackman 4 short chips are not registering .... I’ve tried everything
            with no luck ....
