  • Unable to edit default bag on E6 connect?

    Hi,

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but how do you modify the default bag? I want to change some irons to hybrids and add a lob wedge. Also, who has a 4 iron and a 4 hybrid?

If the above is not possible is anyone aware of how accurate the readings can be when using a 5 hybrid with 5 iron selected and a lob wedge with sand wedge selected? Given there is no 3 iron option I guess I will have to use my 3 hybrid with 4 hybrid selected.

For such an expensive piece of software built for sim play only this seems like a fundamental flaw IMO.

    Thanks in advance.

Can't be done. Hopefully TruGolf will add that feature soon, along with allowing our default yardages with each custom club.

I queried E6 about this and received this response.

      Hey Ben –

Thank you for your email and for the feedback. I have passed this information both onto management and to my development team. I absolutely agree with you. I do know that they are actually working on adding more clubs, but I do not have an ETA on when.

      Thanks,

Any news on this? Why is something so fundamental not supported? I don’t use a 4 hybrid or a 4 iron, should definitely be able to match your clubs and edit your bag, Lofts should be matched to your clubs, using a default 7 iron at 33 degrees vs the newer designs at say 29 degrees is like using a 5 iron. Just a rant!

          I also want to know this cause I can't choose 2hyb or exact 48*, 52*, 56* and 60* wedges.
So my big thing is if they select say a 4 iron as your shot and you forget to change to a 6 iron cause that's what you use for set yardage would it give different readings than if 6 iron was selected? Does in putting what club you are using affect numbers?
