  • E6 Connect iOS Demo

    Has anyone been able to get a demo of the E6 Connect running on iOS with Skytrak? It keeps saying that my Skytrak is not authorized for the demo, and when I talk to Skytrak about it, they say the demo is not supported by them on iOS. But I could have sworn that I read somewhere on here that people have tried the demo on iOS.

    When you log in at https://portal.e6golf.com, do you see the license? Are you using the same login when logging in to E6 Connect app on iOS, and did you activate the correct license?

      My license says that its a Core Licence, and yes, its activated. I login to that website with the same login that I use to login on the app. When E6 Connect detects the Skytrak, it just says that the Skytrak has not been authorized.

        Ok, next step: you must have a current Game Improvement Plan active for the SkyTrak. Log in at https://clubsg.skygolf.com and make sure your GIP is active. If it's now, but you bought it within the last year, chat with SkyGolf support and have them fix the issue - maybe it's connected to the wrong account. If you haven't purchased it, purchase it at https://skytrakgolf.com.

          Hello GungHo. First I want to thank you for the time you are giving me on this. I did just check my account on SkyGolf and it shows a Play & Improve plan in place that I just bought in October. I have chatted now about 4 times with SkyGolf support to get them to fix this and they keep saying that the E6 Connect iOS demo is not something that they support. So I am at a standstill on this. But again, thanks for your help on this.

                Ron,
                I think I have it working...... needed to turn on SkyTrak first then open E6...that seemed to do it.
